Information
Whirlyball is a cost of $200 per hour for groups
of ten players or more. Seasonal rates may
apply. Please call to confirm current pricing. The rental of the court
includes the usage of a private party room for the
duration of your booking. If you would like to
reserve a party room before or after your Whirlyball
court time, it can be rented for a cost of $100 per
hour. Our Lounge is also available for private
rental. Call for a custom quote. When your reserved time expires, you will be
expected to vacate the space immediately. You are
welcome to enjoy our bar and lounge area once your Whirlyball has finished. We recommend one hour of
Whirlyball for every 10 – 15 players. All
Whirlyball times are scheduled by reservation only,
on a first come, first served basis.
Confirmation
Reservations will be held for three days on a
tentative basis. All bookings must be secured with
a 50% deposit or the time will be released. If
another group requests the date and time that you
are holding, you will be given the first opportunity
to confirm with a deposit prior to the release of
the time. Food and beverage packages must be
secured with a 50% deposit upon calling in final
guest counts seven days prior to the date of your
function. Once rental time and food or beverage
services have been secured with a deposit,
cancellation for ANY reason will result in the
forfeiture of all deposits. Deposits are NON
REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERRABLE. If we are able to
resell your time, a refund will be issued. NO
EXCEPTIONS!!
Terms
of Payment
Final payments are due prior to the start of your
event. Whirlyball accepts cash, pre-approved
personal or corporate check, Visa, Master Card,
American Express and Discover. A pre approved check
is one that is received 10 days prior to the
function.
Gratuities
All food or beverage services as well as tabs are
subject to an 18% gratuity.
Tipping your referee is greatly appreciated!
Extras
Upon request, Whirlyball can arrange the
following “extras” for that special touch: Party
favors, balloons or decorations, table coverings,
photography, gift certificates, audio / visual
services, disposable cameras, transportation needs,
valet parking, Exclusive Whirlyball merchandise, DJ,
Karaoke, invitations and more!
**REMEMBER, WHIRLYBALL IS A PLAY
AT YOUR OWN RISK ACTIVITY! AS WITH ANY CONTACT
SPORT, THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY OF INJURY. WHILE
THE RISK OF INJURY IS MINIMAL, WHIRLYBALL ASSUMES NO
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURIES INCURRED WHILE
PLAYING. BE CAREFUL AND HAVE FUN! PERSONS WITH
HEART CONDITIONS, BACK OR NECK PROBLEMS, PACEMAKERS
AND PREGNANT WOMEN ARE NOT RECOMMENDED TO PLAY! A
HEIGHT OF 54" MUST BE MET TO PARTICIPATE.
RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO MANAGEMENT APPROVAL.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL
RESERVATIONS AT ANY TIME. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR
BEVERAGE PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.**
